EduFlow is an institute management system for student records, teachers, fees, attendance, exams, results, timetables and campus operations.

Schools, colleges, academies, coaching centers, tuition centers, Quran institutes, computer institutes and training institutes can use EduFlow.

An eligible organization can evaluate EduFlow for 14 days with up to 50 students and one campus. The trial is intended as a one-time evaluation for the organization.

Your active plan sets the total student capacity. Current capacities are Free Trial: 50, Starter: 300, Growth: 1,000, Professional: 2,500 and Business: 5,000.

Yes. Starter, Growth, Professional and Business each support one campus. A second campus requires Network/Custom.

Yes. You can move to a higher standard capacity or request Network/Custom when your organization needs multiple campuses.

Existing records remain available, but additional active students are blocked until capacity is available or the subscription is upgraded.

Yes. Network/Custom is designed for organizations with two or more campuses and a purchased campus entitlement.

Choose the number of campuses, total organization student capacity and billing cycle, then request pricing through the current Network quote workflow.

Student capacity is organization-wide and can be used across campuses according to actual needs; it is not divided into equal campus quotas.

Yes. Each campus can have an explicitly assigned Campus Admin. An unassigned campus does not silently inherit the Network Owner.

A Network Owner has organization-level access to authorized campuses, campus switching and organization-wide summaries. This does not automatically make them Campus Admin of every campus.

A Campus Admin sees the campus or campuses assigned through membership and does not automatically receive access to other campuses or All Campuses.

Authorized teachers can enter marks for exams, classes, sections and subjects included in their assignments. Admin workflows support review and publication.

Yes. EduFlow supports student attendance by class and section with Present, Absent and Late statuses and attendance records.

Yes. Supported fee workflows include vouchers, partial or full payments, receipts, balances, defaulters and PDF outputs.

Yes. EduFlow supports published class and individual results, positions and supported result-card PDFs.

Yes. Create weekly class and teacher schedules, check conflicts, publish timetables and use supported printable or PDF outputs.

Supported records such as vouchers, receipts and published results can use WhatsApp-ready sharing workflows. Provider-connected sending depends on institute configuration and the enabled workflow.
